Rock The Bells 2012 Lineup Release Party (CSNW Event)

May 22nd, 2012 | Posted by JoeBxCSNW in Uncategorized

Last week we got an invite from the amazing people at Guerilla Union to cover the release of the Rock The Bells lineup. We headed down to the House of Blues on Sunset in Hollywood, CA to cover the event, and it was nothing short of dope. As you can see by the lineup above, what’s coming in the near future is nothing short of potentially making HISTORY. At the event, RZA, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Dom Kennedy, Fashawn, Dj Quik, Watsky, among others were in attendance for the event, working on the Q&A panel and a few even performed later on in the night. Peep the jump for some info on Rock The Bells 2012 and some footage from the night after the jump!

It’s that time of year again for one of Southern California’s biggest hip hop events, Rock The Bells. Guerilla Union and Murs once again have put together a dope collective of hip hop artists to rock the NOS center in San Bernardino. One of the biggest surprises this year hasn’t exactly come from an artist announcement but an announcement about the whole festival in general. Guerilla Union has decided to make the festival a two day event, somewhere along the lines of other big events such as Coachella. At the moment, the prices for tickets range from about $199-$999 depending on if you want General Admission or the High Roller VIP package. Although some fans are saying that the tickets are a bit pricey, the event itself seems like it’s going to be HUGE and definitely worth every penny. Look at the videos below for some footage at the release party.
