BBNG stops jamming long enough for this “Behind the Mask” interview. For any cats wondering why they’re relevant or want some Hip-Jazz just listen below. I stumbled across these guys a while back while after retiring my short career of scavenging (for Tyler the Creator instrumentals). It was the biggest slap in the face to be honest. These guys were so good that Tyler not only reposted them, but also jammed with them. The thirst was real for me so I went on clicking through each of their videos and stumbled across more not bad, BUT great renditions of Hip-Hop tunes. From Odd Future to Gucci to Flocka..yeah they’ve done it all. I’m not sure why, but “Fish” was my favorite. Actually, I’m quite sure it was the fact that it’s so “natural” and “raw” plus the fact that Tyler actually forgot the 3rd verse.
