Jay-Z – No New Rules (Mixtape) [Presented by CSNW]

From the Marcy Projects in Brooklyn New York, to at one point, being the face of the Brooklyn Nets, Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter is the epitome of making it in America and living the “American Dream”.  It takes a lot of work to go from pushing cocaine in the streets to becoming a part of mostly everyone’s top 5 emcees of all time.  Jay’s body of work has always reflected his current phase of life and where his mind was/is at. In three days, Hov is dropping his forthcoming album, “Magna Carta Holy Grail”, via Samsung SIII and S4 owners. All you have to do is download the app and the album will be available in MP3 downloadable format come Independence Day. The album will be available in all formats a few days later. With Blueprint 3 not exactly living up to the “classic” stature most of us anticipated, Hip Hop heads alike feel that it’s due time for another classic LP from Hovito.  Aside from the fact that Jay is dropping this album in a few days, us at CSNW decided to compile our favorite Jay tracks from his extensive catalog and share it with all of you. “No New Rules” is the most ample compilation of Jay’s work on the internet at 115 tracks and it’s at a price everyone loves, free 99. Tape includes appearances from J. Cole, Kanye West, The Notorious B.I.G., Rick Ross, Dr. Dre, Pharrell Williams, Rakim, Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, Foxy Brown, Swizz Beatz, Young Jeezy, NaS, Trey Songz, Beanie Sigel, DMX, Kendrick Lamar, Memphis Bleek, UGK, Frank Ocean, Eminem, Lupe Fiasco, Ne-Yo, The LOX, Twista, Amil & many more.  Hit the jump for full tracklist and download.

The deeper we get into those sidewalk cracks and into the mind of the young hustler trying to find his fortune there, the closer we get to the ultimate human story, the story of struggle, which is what defines us all. – Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter
