Oh boy. If you have been sleeping under a rock for the past two months (or simply ignoring the sheer stupidity of this altogether), Meek Mill has been engaging in a war of words tweets with fellow Philadelphia rapper Cassidy. Things aren’t so lovely in the City of Botherly Love between these two, and Meek let off some shots over a monster Jahlil beat. I have no idea why Meek is offering to give Cass so much attention, but anything for me to some more Jahlil production is fine with me.

What’s good?! It’s about that time again to drop some knowledge from around our way and this week I wanted to focus on the younger generation of rappers in the game right now. As hip hop is mostly dominated by artists like Kanye and Jay-Z, there’s a whole class of rapper’s slowly making their way up the ladder that just might take the spot. With artists like Kendrick Lamar and Big Sean making their place in the genre, there are some other names that just might have the potential to be in heavy rotation.
