A Swedish based group called “Drop Out Orchestra” decided to put their own twist on Daft Punk’s catchy single, “Get Lucky” and added a bit more zest to the track. Compare and contrast for yourself, I imagine this version will also be getting spins at clubs/lounges since it does have a little extra umph. “Random Access Memories” will be available on iTunes and in stores, next Tuesday, May 21st. Enjoy.

Daft Punk Teases New Track Featuring Pharrell (Video)
April 14th, 2013 | Posted by in News | Videos - (0 Comments)It’s been a minute, but Daft Punk is finally back with some new music, recently teasing their new song “Get Lucky” featuring Pharrell & Nile Rogers which is playing throughout the venue this weekend and next at the Coachella Festival and just premiered on the newest episode of Saturday Night Live. Daft Punk’s new album, Random Access Memories, will be out next month on May 17th.
The year was 2011 and Tyler, The Creator and the rest of the Odd Future crew was riding high off of the hype of various artists in the crew such as Earl Sweatshirt, Mellowhype, and Frank Ocean. Tyler, The Creator was busy as well with also working on his own freshman album, Goblin. Prior to the release of the album, Tyler was grabbing the attention of Hip Hop fans and various music fans alike with this over the top video Yonkers. From eating cockroaches, black pupils, and hanging himself, people couldn’t really comprehend Tyler’s whole vibe or if he was serious. Was it for shock value? Hardly. Tyler was just making music and letting his mind flow as if the whole world wasn’t watching. When Goblin came out, critical responses were mostly positive, and thus put Odd Future on the map, not only in Hip Hop, but on broadcast to the rest of the public. Two years, later the hype wasn’t as high with attention turned to other California artists. However out of the blue, Tyler dropped the visuals Domo23/Bimmer and the masses have been fiends for more. Now Tyler’s sophomore effort, Wolf, is here, but does it live up to the expectations that fans have of him ever since Goblin?

Robin Thicke Gets Funky In His Sexy New Video “Blurred Lines” Featuring Pharrell & T.I.
March 20th, 2013 | Posted by in Videos - (1 Comments)The usually smooth and sensual Robin Thicke seems to have another set of tricks up his sleeve in the fresh new single “Blurred Lines” which is kinda jamming. In this new visual he says some things he might not normally say to seem to get a reaction out of the women around him. Produced by none other than Pharrell Williams himself and T.I.. The video is actually really amusing, definitely something different from Thicke.
